It is obvious that Landmark is knowledgeable in all aspects of landscaping. I have appreciated the open communication between our account manager and the top management of Landmark. 2008 was Landmark’s first contract year and they went through a steep learning curve. When an issue presented itself, Landmark promptly and effectively handled our concerns.
On a higher level, I think it is important to report that we enjoy a working relationship with Landmark similar to a partnership. We’ve never had a billing or work issue that wasn’t quickly resolved to everyone’s satisfaction and have never found it necessary to have their contract re-bid.
